We want you to love what you order from Curatd. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✔ Eligible Items:

  • Must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Must be returned within 3 days of delivery
  • Must have proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)

✘ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., custom prints or engraved jewelry)
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Perishable items like plants (unless damaged or dead on arrival)
  • Sale or clearance items

To request a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order ID and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.


2. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the issue and packaging
  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund — based on the situation

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • You’ll receive a confirmation once your refund has been issued

Note: Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • For eligible returns, customers are charged a flat fee of ₹200 return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them — provided they haven’t already been processed or shipped.
