We want you to love what you order from Curatd. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
✔ Eligible Items:
- Must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Must be returned within 3 days of delivery
- Must have proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)
✘ Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., custom prints or engraved jewelry)
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Perishable items like plants (unless damaged or dead on arrival)
- Sale or clearance items
To request a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order ID and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
2. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos of the issue and packaging
- We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund — based on the situation
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- You’ll receive a confirmation once your refund has been issued
Note: Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- For eligible returns, customers are charged a flat fee of ₹200 return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them — provided they haven’t already been processed or shipped.
