CueSilver is a product line/collection under the Curatd brand.
At Curatd (including CueSilver collections), we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — within fair and reasonable conditions.
- Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
✔ Eligible Items:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Item must be returned in original packaging with all included materials
- Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required
✘ Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized or custom-made products (including engraved jewelry)
- Earrings or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Perishable items (e.g., plants), unless damaged on arrival
- Sale or clearance items
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering
For jewelry products, minor variations in weight, finish, or appearance are natural and do not qualify as defects.
To request a return or exchange, email [email protected] with your order ID and reason.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- You will receive confirmation once the refund is initiated
Please note:
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
- Refunds are issued only after the returned product passes quality inspection
- Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- For approved returns, a flat return shipping fee of ₹200 will be deducted
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping will be covered by us
- Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel, email [email protected] with your order ID as soon as possible.
- Jewelry-Specific Conditions
Due to the nature of silver jewelry:
- Prices are linked to market rates and cannot be adjusted after purchase
- Minor variations in weight or finish are expected and acceptable
- Products damaged due to improper handling, exposure to chemicals, or regular wear are not eligible for return or refund
