CueSilver is a product line/collection under the Curatd brand.

At Curatd (including CueSilver collections), we aim to deliver your orders safely, securely, and on time across India.

  1. Delivery Locations
    We currently ship across India.

If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

  1. Order Processing & Delivery Time
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
  • Shipping Time: Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location

Certain products, including made-to-order or handcrafted items (such as custom prints or jewelry), may require additional processing time. Estimated timelines will be mentioned on the product page where applicable.

  1. Shipping Charges
    Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on order value, delivery location, and product type.
  1. Order Tracking
    Once your order is shipped:
  • You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS
  • You can track your shipment in real time using the provided link

All jewelry items, including CueSilver products, are packed securely to ensure safe transit.

We take extra care in packaging to prevent damage, tampering, or mishandling during delivery.

    While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occur due to:
  • Weather conditions
  • Regional disruptions or strikes
  • High-demand periods (festivals, sales, etc.)

We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed in such cases.

  1. Delivery Partners
    We ship through trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post, depending on location and serviceability.
  1. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and complete.

Curatd is not responsible for:

  • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability of the recipient
  • Additional shipping charges incurred for re-delivery
  1. Risk & Responsibility

All orders are shipped securely. Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

If the package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, we strongly recommend refusing acceptance and contacting us immediately.
